Get Active: You can make a difference!

The Saskatchewan provincial election is an opportunity for you to support and elect candidates who you believe will best represent you. Here’s what you can do:

Talk to family, friends and co-workers. Urge them to get out and vote.

Go to candidate forums and ask questions. Where do candidates stand on issues that are important to you? Will they support issues that are important to you?

Phone, write and email candidates in your constituency and ask them if they support issues that are important to you. Be sure to remind them that you are a constituent, you vote and these are vote-determining issues for you. Refer them to websites (such as the Labour Issues Campaign http://labourissues.sfl.sk.ca/) if they require information.

Volunteer for a candidate who openly advocates and whose party supports issues that are important to you.

Vote on November 7, or at advance polls. (Information about poll locations and advance polls can be obtained from the campaign offices of candidates and online at http://www.elections.sk.ca/.)
