Take care, stay connected and stay safe – a message from the CWI

Members of the Committee on Women’s Issues are reaching out to let you know we are thinking about you. COVID-19 has changed our personal and professional lives dramatically. The sudden transition from campus to home, urgency to reconfigure classes, assignments, and final exams put a tremendous amount of pressure on us all. With little understood about what awaits us in the fall it is challenging to plan accordingly. This new normal has impacted us all in similar and different ways, and your wellbeing is important to us.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are in distress. Here are the resources available to you: https://wellness.usask.ca/help/efap.php#AboutEFAP

Remember: “Place the oxygen mask over your own face before assisting others.” You are only able to take care of others if you take care of yourself first.

Take care, stay connected, and stay safe.
