Hello everyone,
I would like to invite USFA members to join me for the first of what will be a monthly social get-together for USFA members in the Club Room downstairs at the Faculty Club, on Thursday, November 17 at 4:00 PM. Snacks and drinks will be available. Come out and rub shoulders with other faculty members from across campus. We don’t often have opportunities to meet people outside of our units. When was the last time you had a chance to have a drink and a chat with an art historian, geographer, librarian or veterinarian or a [use your own imagination]. We must have the most diverse place of employment in the city! Pop in for a few minutes or an hour, but do pop in. We’re hoping we can build our Association through association, in a social setting, and on a more regular basis. No formal agenda.
