What the USFA does for Members
The USFA represents and assists all of its members through the following activities:
- it negotiates the Collective Agreement
- it provides education on matters such as collegial processes
- it assists members in grievance
- it seeks to improve benefits
- it seeks to ensure that members’ rights are protected
