USFA members are covered by a Collective Agreement. The Collective Agreement is a negotiated document between the USFA and the Employer that sets out the terms and conditions for your employment. There are many collegial processes detailed in the agreement such as renewal of probation, tenure, and promotion that describe the process to be followed for any USFA member during their employment.
