The Joint Working Group for Salary Review (MoA 11)has begun its work. The Working Group is “tasked with evaluating the salary review process, outcomes and implications, with the intent of making recommendations to the Negotiations Committee” for the next round of bargaining.
To support this work, the Association has established two groups as caucuses for advice and feedback based on diverse experiences and practices in units across campus. There has been one meeting of the Working Group and more meetings are scheduled in the coming months.
As the Working Group progresses, information sharing will take place through Faculty Association Representatives (FARs). Ask your FAR for an update and please feel free to share your thoughts with your FAR.
